No. FNRES
purchased the Lightweight Association
Management Processing System (LAMPS)
Association Management Software from
BravePoint, but not the corporation
as a whole.
Why did FNRES decide to purchase LAMPS?
FNRES is
dedicated to providing quality products
and services that enhance our customers'
experience. We identified a need in
the real estate market for an alternative
in Association Management software and
found LAMPS to be the obvious choice
to complement our end-to-end MLS solution.
Will the product name change?
No. FNRES
will maintain the LAMPS branding going
forward to include "Powered by
FNRES".
Where will the LAMPS product be located?
The LAMPS
product will primarily reside in the
Fidelity MLS office in our Heartland
headquarters in Olathe, Kansas.
When do you plan for the transition
to be complete?
We anticipate
that the transition will be complete
by 12/31/05.
