Dan Foreman began using Progress in 1984-
the first year that Progress could be purchased
as a commercial product. |
In 1987 Dan was invited by Data
Language Corporation (the original name of
Progress Software Corp. and now you know
what the 'dlc' default installation directory
stands for) to teach courses for other
Progress customers because the demand for
training exceeded what Progress could supply
with existing staff.
In1995 Dan joined United Systems (now BravePoint®)
to create a synergy of expertise with a world-class
Progress consulting organization.
His books are the result of years of administering
Progress databases on many systems around
the world.
